How many factors are involved in Life ? That's how many factors are involved in health! The preceding is only a part of real health!

Health is the deliberate understanding of your personal nutrition. It is the complete control of your appetite and hunger, to know and accept the difference between false energy from bad food and to feel the difference of real sustained energy from biologically valuable foods. Health is a dynamic state of balance within your being, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is not just the absence of disease. Health implies that one's body is in equilibrium or balance, and that it is being maintained easily. Life is constant change. Health is adapting to that change. Each individual makes up their own destiny as they accept their potential strengths and weaknesses. Accepting their weaknesses is the most difficult! What is important is to find what is best for you now and achieve your optimal level of health forever. We do not want to define health by disease it is to have complete and total function with peace and harmony.
