                   Your Science of Nutrition

Your personal science of nutrition is based on your ability to sustain a steady state of optimized function. This contingency is based on your choices within your chosen environment. Whether you have Family, friends or work stress, your science of nutrition is based on the exchange of your needed energy.  Your needed energy is from the foods that you choose with highest biological value. No energy, no message, then the body cannibalizes itself and you are weaker and have no stamina, mentally or physically.  At The Ehrhardt Center, the clinical findings show: fast eating, poor food choices, eating around meat, fish, and poultry, mostly land animals, drinking fluid not water, drinking too much while eating, excess coffee, tea, diet soda or carbonated beverages. Having a limited vocabulary about vegetables. Not eating the minimum of five to stay alive. Realize that only five keeps you alive not always with vim and vigor. Having cooked green vegetables like sautéed spinach, with arugula, garlic, lemon, olive oil, then a zesty salad with romaine lettuce, tomato's, onions, celery, carrots, roasted garlic, chopped up mozzarella cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons and finally some oregano. Your science of nutrition will then begin as you feel satisfied from this food, and you will eat less, and evacuate more. Not feeling tired, depressed, and stressed will be the message from good eating.
