Spinach And Good Health

                      Was Popeye strong from spinach? He sure was.

Why is cooked spinach and the water that it is cooked in so good? Because spinach has vitamin B-1 which is good for your brain and particularly for speech and memory. It is also good for the cerebellum of the brain which is responsible for fine motor activity. It is a source of B-2 Riboflavin, which is good for the eyes and can stop cataracts. It is a source of iron, vitamin C, chlorophyl, magnesium, and potassium. All which can clean your body of toxic nitrogen from proteins or toxic air. It can strengthen the lungs by building hemoglobin, maintaining elasticity of connective tissue and even regenerate red blood cells. It can be a natural blood builder after blood loss from that famous cycle called menstrual. Well this is definitely a food for both genders. Add some olive oil, garlic, onions, lemon, juice, and some oregano and while making you strong it will satisfy your taste buds.
